I want to synthesize the AgNP with the help of the chemical reduction method and then I want to know the conc.of nanosilver solution theoretically. For calculate conc. any formula is there?
you can use a typical method for the synthesis of desired nanoparticles and after complete the process, you transfer the synthesised nanoparticles to the organic phase. the desolvation of colloids will allow you to measure the efficiency of selected methods.
Assuming there is 100% reduction of silver to silver nanoparticles, you can calculate theoretically the amount of silver nanoparticles present in solution. For example, If you use 10 mM silver nitrate (0.17g silver nitrate in 100 ml water) and assuming it is reduced completely, you will have 1000 ppm of silver nanoparticles in solution.
