I am wondering how to store neutravidin aliquotes. Will the protein be stable after freezing it at -20C and thawing a week later?

Do not use phosphate buffer for storing your protein at -20C. Phosphate undergoes a substantial pH change during freezing to that temperature that could be harmful to some proteins.

Hi Monica, neutravidin is very stable in water or PBS. If you can store it at -80oC then your great-great-grandchildren will still be able to use it.
