I want to keep the vortex inside the hood used to treat cells. One of my coworkers says that it hinders the airflow. I think it would be more likely to get contaminated if I move in and out of the hood every time I use it.

Do you guys keep your vortex inside the cell hood or keep it outside? Thanks.
