Is it ok ti leave the blot in non fat milk for 48 hours in +4 degrees or is it better to leave it tbs-t for that extra 24hrs?
Bacterial or even fungal growth could be a concern with long storage times in NFDM at 4C. Is there any preservative present (thimerosal, azide or kathon)?
If not the TBS-T, as Sebastian wrote, could be a better choice.
