I recently found this article posted on Highered.gov. It discusses the challenges arising for students with disabilities amidst the shift from brick and mortar to virtual instruction. I would imagine if you type in the author’s names in Scholar or RG, you might find applicable studies to your research goals.

I know these two professors that in Italy with Politecnico di Milano and Università Bicocca organize really performative services for students with disability: Licia Sbattella (https://www.researchgate.net/profile/Licia_Sbattella/) and Roberta Garbo (https://www.researchgate.net/profile/Roberta_Garbo/).
