Can I estimate arginine content in plant leaves by multiplying N value determined by kjeldahl method*3.2?

I want to estimate Arginine content in citrus leaves. Some research papers did that by means of multiplying N*3.2. Is this value accurate or i must use chemical method to determine the true value of this amino acid?
