Can I dry samples at room temperature which means without applying heat? My samples are bacteria. I am using Speed Vac at human body temperature.

Speed vac and lyophilization as Sebastien said are indeed good methods, but be careful to remove salts.

Depending on thenature of your sample if ethanol is added, then at room temperature your sample will dry.
