I would like to know whether it is possible for humans to create or manufacture other humans who can do everything a human can also do. I mean is it possible to create a human being without reproduction? I don't want a humanoid robot but a real human without reproduction.

Hereditics (the study of heredity) explains that the reproduction is by cell division. Without cell division, there will be no reproduction. Without cell division, cell differentiation would not be possible. Without tissue and organ differentiation, no human can be produced. "AI human" is only a name to talk about the AI machine rather than a true biological human being. AI human is only a metaphorical concept rather than a literal one.
In fact, all humans are created by other humans. But without normal reproduction, I think that there are several reproductive techniques that should allow to get an human being. May be not today but in the future, it could be done. Of course, leaving aside ethical, moral and religious issues.
