Can Herceptin protein be frozen?

Herceptin protein (HY-P9907), the storage conditions in the instruction manual state that it should not be frozen. Is this referring to the powder or the reconstituted sample? Additionally, the protein itself contains a histidine buffer system. Why is it recommended to reconstitute it with PBS?

Hi，

1. The powder should be stored at 4°C. After preparing the solution, it is best to use it immediately. If necessary, it is also recommended to store it at 4°C for no more than two weeks.

2. While the product can theoretically be prepared with water, for animal experiments, PBS or saline is recommended from a physiological perspective.
