Dear Sami Ur Rahman, better to specify if it concerns a given medium. Both Fenton and Piranha reagents are strong oxidazing agents. Fenton's reagents sometimes used for synthesis rather than their common degradation known aspect. My Regards

To be effective, the process requires an acid medium to prevent the precipitation of iron salts (especially ferric salts) into the corresponding hydroxides. Numerous studies on Fenton reagents have shown that a pH of 2.5-3.5 is the best range for optimal degradation of organic pollutants.
