I am looking to isolate exosomes from a subset of T cells and re-administer them to mice. The isolation of such cells is incredibly expensive and the murine cells are not commercially available. Therefore, I was wondering if isolating exosomes from the corresponding human cell line might be a scientifically accepted solution and if any results yielded will be accepted.

She is trying to harness EVs in order to look for tumor markers and is also doing a lot of ex vivo and in vivo work both in human and mice.
