I am assembling potential authors for an edited book on contemporary quantitative research in the social sciences. I am looking for an author to write a chapter on data driven quantitative analysis especially using visuals to communicate results to a wider audience. I would like to know whether it is univariate analysis or analysis of associations statistical methods as these are very robust in social sciences. As for most either SPSS or Excel applications are used, I would like to know further details about the book . Thanks
