Thank you for the repIy. But I think I could not convey the question properly. So let me  put the question this way . In basic physics journals the detail discussion is always on the result and discussion and synthesis portion is somewhat not clear, to me at least, with some valid points missing.In my point of view those minute details are quite essential  when someone tries to prepare the same way. So I wanted to know if there are any journals which concentrate on the sample preparation portion more vigorously and with XRD would have shown for corresponding phase identification.

 I think you can find some articles in these journals -Journal of Materials Processing Technology and Journal of Materials Chemistry.
