Cisplatin is difficult to dissolve in water. The solubility is around 200mg/100ml. But one can make 5mM solution in 0.9% saline and store in Fridge upto 2 weeks. I never go beyond two weeks. But never use DMSO be cause it will interefer with cisplatin activity. If you search you can find those papers, hope it will help you

Cisplatin is water soluble 0,253% (i.e. 2,53g / 1L) at 25°C ,but the stability of cisplatin in solution strongly depends of chloride ions at a concentration > 0,04 mole/l, so you can use for example NaCl 0,9% for its solubilization. If you need higher concentration , try complexation with hydroxypropyl beta cyclodextrin,
