There is apparatus units commercially available. But you can make a simple and practical one with pump which could provide considerable pressure.

You can make a simple system with a glass column, silica, and air pressure, as was done by Clark Still (W. Clark Still , Michael Kahn , Abhijit Mitra. J. Org. Chem. , 1978, 43 (14), pp 2923 –2925).

You can get a commercial system integrated with PDA and ELSD detectors to analyze both UV and non uv sensitive components present in the samples. Grace is selling such system.
