Want to design plasmid for protein expression in fish cell line, it should contain luciferase and His-tag

Hi Selvakumari,

simplly,

you can either find a fish expression vector or you have to make your own fish expression cassette using well known fish promoter & a terminator. Then insert your orf/cds b/w the promoter & terminator (cloning site).
