MCF10A and MCF12 are the most commonly used non tumorigenic cell lines in breast cancer research. Is there any other type of cell lines that can be used as non tumorigenic mammary gland cell line for research purpose?

The most used ones are: MCF10A and MCF12 but also Hs 578 Bst, you can find a lot of research works based on it.
MDA-MB-468 cell line extracted from pleural effusion of mammary gland/breast tissue and are great for studying the metastasis and migration and invasion of breast cancer is extensively used for cancer studies world wide.
