You cannot isolate this cells in SS-FS cytogram. Eosinophils are mix with neutrophiils and basophils with lymphocytes. Basophils can be isolate in SS-CD45 cytogram, it's a small population to the left of lymphocytes with low SS. In SS-CD45 cytogram, eosinophils can sometimes be seen as a separe cluster just to the right of neutrophils. CD294 (CRTH2) can help to isolate those two cells populations
