Hi...
1.First you can check the toxicity of your compound in normal epithelial cell lines like vero
2.Afterwards use different cell lines like A549(Lung cancer), HepG2(Liver cancer) and whatever cancer cell line availability you can use it.
3.Then you can go for it DNA Fragmentation for particular cancer cell lines and Fluorescent microscopic analysis by using Etbr/Ao staining, PI and DAPI staining to check the morphology of genetic material
4. Study cell cycle analysis in particular cell lines by using FACs.
5. caspase activation assay
You can go ahead these studies...for further work...And also refer some Elsevier articles related to Anticancer studies. you will get some more ideas...
