We are working on Atmospheric PAHs. For PAHs analysis HPLC was carried out and Peak area and RT is given in data. So from peak area and RT how we can measure the concentration of PAHs in PM10 samples.

in order to be able to indicate a concentration in air, you must have a defined sampling volume. How did you collect the air samples with the PAH's?

We collect the particulate matter (PM10) samples using Respirable Dust Sampler.
You're talking about PM10 samples. Then the PAH's are bound to the fine dust (do I understand that right?).
Yes sir, the collected samples i.e. PAHs are bound with both fine and coarse dust particles.
