Can anyone suggest to me how to calculate the concentration of atmospheric PAHs using HPLC data ?

We are working on Atmospheric PAHs. For  PAHs analysis  HPLC was carried out and Peak area and RT is given in data. So from peak area and RT how we can measure the concentration of PAHs in PM10...
