Can anyone suggest RAT bone marrow stem cells identification kit for flow cytometry that should be cheap and reliable?

Can anyone suggest the simple way to identify rat bone marrow stem cell from primary cell culture?

I do not know of a specfic kit for rat stem cells derived from bone marrow but you can use markers such as CD29, CD44, CD90 and CD105 to confirm they are stem cells. The cells should be negative for CD34 and CD45 which would be specific for hematopoietic cell types.
