Can anyone suggest protocol for isolation of a nuclear fraction for western blot from white adipose?

Any suggestions?

Have you tried any sub-cellular isolation protocols? I am not sure how different adipose cells will be from B-cells. You might need to play around a little bit with centrifugal speeds and sucrose gradients. Attached is a paper that isolates sub-cellular fractions for western blotting.
