The pET vectors were always my go-to for mammalian cloning vectors, I've used pET-15b and pET-28a but they don't have GFP. Addgene has pET vectors with TEV-cleavage site and GFP as a fusion or GFP co-expressed with IRES.

Subhash Ph.D. - Ah, I misread, in that case you have a few options. The TetOn is great if you want a dose-response inducible system (6xTetOn), the CMV is a fantastic pre/promoter, as is SV40 & Puro. It depends on what restriction sites you require in your MCS for gene insertion, whether you intend to do a transient or inducible expression, and if you would like plasmids that are Lentiviral-ready for retroviral transduction.
