According to the literature, it is known that:

Does anyone know or suggest me any secure method which can be used to dry diethylamine?

You can do distillation and then store it over molecular sieves.

Depends a bit on how dry you need it, but in most cases what Salim Y Hanna suggested is sufficient: destillation and storage over 4Å molecular sieves.
