I need to express a recombinant plant protein in bacterial system. Kindly suggest me a Gateway expression vector with GST/ His/HA/myc tag.
hello ,you can add all the tags depend on the original vector like pET28p or others by molecular cloning ,you can get the atlas of the vector from google.
There is a nice set of Gateway pDest plasmids for bacterial expression on Addgene. Tags: His-MBP (double tag, MBP helps with solubility issues), His-NusA (double tag, NusA also helps to improve solubility), His-GST (double tag), and His; all are N-terminal. The only drawback of this set is that there is no cleavage site, but you can include it in your construct to overcome this issue.

The pBAT system is a well-characterized and widely used plasmid family that includes options for MBP or GST (for solubility), His-tags, and TEV-cleavage sites to remove unwanted tags. It is also inducible by IPTG and allows for timed and tunable expression of proteins.

I would suggest you to use pSpeedET vector which contains His-tag which is easily cleaved by TEV protease. I hope this works,
