I think you could check out yeast CPY (I think it was used in many publications by the Group of M. Aebi) or antibodies, which are always N-glycosylated on the Fc-fragment.
You can try the new de-glycosylation procedure on bovine thyroglobulin, apoB-100, antibodies like IgG, IgM all contain well characterized N-glycans with no O-glycans. Bovine fetuin has both N-and O-glycans each 3 in number.
