The NCI-60 dataset is publicly available from the National Cancer Institute. It provides several Omics experimental data (metabolomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, DNA methylation, etc.) related to cancer cell lines from nine tissue origins.

Dear Julien, Thanks for pointing NCI-60, I could not locate any control data (e.g. healthy sample) in NCI-60 dataset. This may be required to compare the individual cancer lines with some reference e.g. control. Is there any such data available in NCI-60 repository ?
As far as I know, there are no "healthy" cell lines in the NCI-60 dataset. However if your aim, as I understand it, is to develop computational tools for bioinformatics, you can compare the different tissue origins (discriminant analysis). Your model will then give insights into the specificities of cancer mechanisms related to each tissue origin.
