Can anyone share the best protocol for the 8-oxo-dG IF staining of the murine hematopoietic stem cells (LSKs-suspension cells) ?

I am struggling with the 8-oxo-dG IF staining of LSK (stem cells) cells. I get less than 50,000 cells after FACS sorting per mice. Since the cells grow in suspension, I am finding problems with their attachment on slides in addition to the whole staining, as I end up loosing more than 70% cells in the numerous washing steps involved in the protocol.
