Hello,

We work extensively on conjugating small molecules (like crosslinking agents, etc) to proteins and peptides. Hence, we often face with the task of separating the unreacted reactants and interfering compounds from our interested protein. We used centrifugal filters of different molecular weight cut-off, but we were not able to purify the reaction mixture from the undesirable compounds.

It was suggested that dialysis would be an ideal way to purify proteins from the undesirable small molecules in the reaction mixture.

Can anyone suggest commercially available dialysis products which worked out well, that can accommodate higher volumes of reaction mixture (5-10ml) and re-usable ?

I would be very thankful for this information.

Regards,
