Dear Researchers,
Can anyone share the experience with the expansion of mouse NK cells after isolation? I can see there are kits for the isolation of NK cells from mice but I can't find any media which is used for the expansion of mouse NK cells. Please let me know if there are any commercial media that can be bought for the expansion of NK cells specifically from the mouse.

Did you have any luck with the medium they recommended? I am having exactly the same problem. My murine NK cells won't grow when cultured. Please let me know your experience.
