Python for Power System Analysis (PyPSA) is a free software toolbox for simulating and optimizing modern electrical power systems over multiple periods. PyPSA includes models for conventional generators with unit commitment, variable renewable generation, storage units, coupling to other energy sectors, and mixed alternating and direct current networks. It is designed to be easily extensible and to scale well with large networks and long-time series.

I think the answers above don't really answer your question as they're just about Python, not PyPSA.
The best source of information will be the official PyPSA documentation (https://pypsa.readthedocs.io/en/latest/), which has plenty of examples that start from very simple setups.
If you're looking for actual models filled with real-world data, there's PyPSA-Eur for the European power system (https://pypsa-eur.readthedocs.io/en/latest/), PyPSA-Eur-Sec for the European energy system (https://pypsa-eur-sec.readthedocs.io/en/latest/) or the PyPSA meets Earth initiative (https://pypsa-meets-earth.github.io/).
