Can anyone who has experience with neuronal differentiation suggest for a replacement to human recombinant Noggin? Any other signaling molecule with same functions?

you could use recombinant ALK1 extra-cellular domain/Fc (A1ECD).This will bind your BMP bfore it activates the receptor. Try to stay awy from small molecule inhibitors such as dorsomorphin which not only inhibits BMP signaling but also PKC......

you could use Dorsomorphine but in my experience cells come off with Dorsomorphine at some point, if you don't prepare it freshly.
