Can anybody recommend a good anti-MRP1 antibody (against human) and staining protocol for IHC and immunofluorescence using paraffin-embedded tissue? I have tried AbCam's MRPr1 and MRPm5 under different retrieval protocols and both appear to have high unspecific background.

Santa Cruz Biotechnology has MRP1 (MDM4) antibody (Santa Cruz, sc-74468) suitable for IHC. Bethyl MDM4 antibody (Bethyl Laboratories, A300 287A) was used in immunohistochemistry on human samples. EMD Millipore MDM4 antibody (Millipore, 04-1555) was used in immunocytochemistry on human samples at 1:25 (fig 2) (Swetzig et al, Oncotarget. 2016). Also, EMD Millipore MDM4 antibody (Millipore, QCRL1) was used in immunocytochemistry on human samples at 1:25 (fig 2) (Stebbins et al, Methods 2016). In addition, Sigma-Aldrich provides MDM4 antibody (Sigma, M0445) used in immunohistochemistry - paraffin section on human samples (Wang et al, Carcinogenesis. 2014).
