Our power supply we were using to do overnight transfers is broken, and unfortunately was discontinued. For western blots, we transfer overnight in the cold room at 4C with a constant current of 90 mA for 16-20 hours. We tried a basic power supply from Biorad, but it is not working for this application. Would anyone be willing to share what power supplies they use for overnight transfers, and can be used or stored in the cold room long term?
