I'm looking to test a combination of two techniques and machines on antigen antibody interactions and antigen antibody is not my specialty. So can anyone please tell me what could be a possible cheap antigen antibody model I can try that wouldn't cost an arm and a leg?!! (I know the question is so vast)
also, I sort of narrowed it down to GFP and anti-GFP using A/G protein for immobilization, or human IgG and anti human IgG, but still need a more distinct model.
Also would HIV and human IgG work? couldn't find supporting data on whether they have an interaction with a descent affinity or not.

I don't think I understand your application but one possibility is to find a researcher who has prepared monoclonal antibodies against a particular antigen. There are many such researchers and I am certain that someone would be willing to supply you with the antigen and an IgG antibody for free. Most monoclonal antibodies have nanomolar affinities (KDs).

The point is we just want to try the potency of the device, no specific application for the antigen antibody model.
Are they through the institutes or companies? Would you mind explaining more? I googled but I can't put any specific keywords, how would I find them?
I also reached out to my own school's biological science department and a couple of other schools in state.

If I was still working in the lab, I'd send you some antigen and antibody for your project but unfortunately, that is not the case. Try searching for "characterization of monoclonal antibodies against" and contact the academic authors of the papers you find that seem relevant for your project in terms of antigens and antibodies, and convenient in terms of the logistics of mailing, etc. Good luck.
For such a purpose many researchers use the Protein A / IgG or the biotin / avidin system. Both are not antibody / antigen systems, but show a nice biointeraction and are relatively cheap. Protein A / IgG is nicely reversible and avidin / biotin is very strong and largely irreversible. It depends, what you prefer.
