1. You are asking for a COMPLETE 'commercial scale' protocol. For this, only people have experiences in commercial production about this species will know. And, if he/she is in the commercial industry, most likely they won't tell nobody nothing, because it is a 'trade secret' (besides, it might against company policy). It will be hard to obtain this kind of info.
2. You can start with a lab scale info, to find out the best ingredients for their tissue culturing. Later, you can try to scale up the operation according to the best ingredients and find out the other needs later.
I do agree with Yuan. you please start with available protocol with institutions and optimize the same with your plant material. i believe, then only you can get an efficient protocol for commercial use.
Information as posted by Ravindra would be useful to develop your protocol.
