The morphological identification of cestodes requires the staining  and mounting of the parasites in permanent slides, followed by a  morphological and morphometric study by microscopy. The data obtained should be compared with taxonomic keys and species description by different  authors.

For a study of the species reported in Africa, I think the attached article can be a good starting point for you.

There has been no comprehensive key to or sytematic analysis of Oochoristica for a long time.  However, this is a cosmopolitan genus that is among the most abundant cestodes in many reptilian hosts.  As a result, there are frequent reports in the literature and rather frequent descriptions of new species.  To identify yours will require examining all the individual publications at this point, until somone publishes a new taxonomic revision.

Identification of species requires a review and them a comparison with all of the species found. The most of the genera of cestodes doesn't have a key.

Try to find their descriptions and to compare them with your material.

I would compare the descriptions in the following order:

1. Species described from the same host species.

2. Species described from other species of the genus Hemidactylus.

3. Species from other genera of geckos from Africa.

4. Species from elsewhere.

The pictures provided by you are not very useful for identification because the important characters are associated with the anatomy of the mature segments (in the middle of the body) and gravid segments (in the posterior end of the body).
