I am not much familiar with DMRT using SPSS. An example with comparison of few groups and a set of 3-4 separate experimental data would be very helpful. For example: Groups 1,2,3 & 4. Experimental data for each group (RBC, WBC, Hb MCH, etc,.) Please kindly help.

In response to your SPSS question:
You must enter each of data (RBC, WBC, Hb, ...) for each animal or human in separated column. Also, you must indicated the groups of each animals/human in separet column. Then export your data to SPSS.
You can use the following excell as tempelate.
Then you must follow this pattern:
Analyse------> compare mean--------> one way ANOVA--------> Select varibales such as Hb, ... into dependent list and group into factor
In PostHoc tab you must select Duncan.
Then click Ok.

Hi Kavisa,
Conducting ANOVA with SPSS is easy, the only difficult task is the coding.
1. Create two column on the data page on SPSS
2. Name one column the "factor" and the second the "treatment" or any other name you wish.
3. On the treatment column, list all the values for RBC and the corresponding column titled "factors" should carry 1. That means you code RBC for I and in the result, "1" represent WBC.
4. THen list values continuously for WBC and corresponding values on the "factor" column would take "2". That means you code "2" for WBC.
5. This you repeat for all the treatment you want to compare with corresponding coding
6. Then, on the menu, go to Analyse and pick compare means. On the drop down menu of Compare mean, take ANOVA and run the data.
