Can anyone please tell me the grade and vendor of graphite powders(preferably in US) with very low defect?

I am working on a project where defect analysis of exfoliated graphene is very important. I am looking for very low defect graphite powders ( 1-10 micron grain size) which I will use to synthesis exfoliated graphene.
