Can anyone please help me to analyse microarray sample without replicates data using edgeR in R programming?

I have 3 time points mogene ST array without replicates. I would like to find differentially expressed genes using edgeR or any other method.

I also highly recommend DESeq for differential gene analysis (http://bioconductor.org/packages/release/bioc/html/DESeq.html). The documentation is excellent.
