You have to optimize the thickness and smoothness of your PEDOT:PSS. Also, double-check in the literature which PEDOT:PSS formulation works the best in PLEDs - you may try few different formulations for your polymer. The next step would be to check if the polymer solvent does not affect the quality of your PEDOT:PSS layer - you may try few different solvents for your polymer. Next, you have to optimize the thickness of your polymer active layer and subsequently the thickness of your LiF layer. You do not mention how big your PLEDs are. If possible, try to make smaller devices and then scale up?
@Leszek A. Majewski Thank you very much sir. The PEDOT:PSS film is smooth. But the polymer film is not that smooth. I am also trying to optimize the film by varying solvent as well as thickness. In some devices when thickness is more the current is low and brightness is high, but in that case the whole pixel (3mmx2mm) is not glowing(only some points are glowing).
To smoothen the polymer layer try to use a solvent with as high boiling point as possible - the formation of the polymer film would take longer and hopefully its surface will be smoother. If the whole pixel is not glowing it means that there is something wrong with your polymer-LiF/Al contact. Try to improve the deposition of LiF/Al, as well.
