We have introduced the methodology for the estimation of reactive lysine in our laboratory. In the last step determination of homoarginine is necessary. Can anyone offer us this analysis?

What kind of matrix do you work with? How many samples would you like to analyse?
I analyse free AA is plant matrix, also homoarginine. The method is fully optimized and validated. I use EZ:faast amino acid kit and LC-MS/MS.
