Can anyone offer advice regarding 3 UTR cloning through RACE kit?

I am cloning 3UTR through the RACE kit (Takara) and I have only ORF of my gene and I want to get 3UTR. I cloned the 3 UTR, but after sequencing the blast result showed that cloned gene was not 3UTR.

My question is how is it possible to get another product by using gene specific primer and how can I get the gene specific product?
