What conclusion can be made from estimation?
How can one correlate Flavonoid with ABTS scavenging activity of plant extract?

ABTS is used to measure the antioxidant capacities of foods. ABTS is converted to its radical cation by addition of sodium persulfate, The ABTS radical cation is reactive towards most antioxidants including phenolics (in fact, some plant extracts include phenolic compounds and act as an antioxidant).
