After using the qPCR days before for a multiplex reaction, I created another run template for a singleplex reaction and set the thermal profile. As I started the reaction, an error message from SDS v1.4 popped up on which was written "Failed to load the tray. Make sure the tray is in. The run cannot be performed." I placed the plate properly and started again but the same message kept showing up. What do i do?
Ensure that the block is in good position. I do not know about the 7300, but for 7500, it is possible to open the device on its side, for calibrations to clean wells and the block can be moving. I hope it will help.
Thanks everyone, i was able to open the block. Although, i did not touch it, i just opened the tray and closed it and it started working. Thank you very much peeps.
