Hi,
I am trying to solve a toy model in COMSOL. I have a closed box, where one reaction is taking place, no mass is coming in or out of the box. I am solving only unsteady state reaction-diffusion equation equation. There was no product initially(c(t=0)=0). I have added a rate of production 0.1 mole/m3.
Once I am running the problem, it is showing the error 9028: expression could not be evaluated.
Why is this happening ?
Someone please help me.

Hi there! From my experience, this might be an issue with a variable name or a boundary condition with an expression or even a mistyped variable. In addition, it could be an undefined term at the time step setup. I propose you should look at this :)

As Matthias suggested, it is highly probable that the error could be generated due to the mistyping of a certain variable. Comsol is case sensitive, so try to check the spelling of all your variables when you call for them (usually, in the Subdomain or Boundary Settings).
maybe the expression leads to NAN. you may add a relative small number( like 0.00001) into the expression, and see if it works!
