What ranges of D and G peaks will suggest that Graphene and Graphene Oxide is synthesised as in the literature there are alot of variations like
D peak ranges from 1320 to 1365
G Peak ranges from 1560to 1595
So help me in the correct peaks of G and D should lies in between given above?

Thats right, but when N is infinity, we have graphite and otherwise( for N=1,2,3,...) we have graphene!
Even in free-standing mono-layer graphene... Raman spectra depends on many factors like type of substrate, laser intensity, wavelength etc.. so be careful when comparing your Raman spectra with literature..
There are many review articles (infact too many) on Raman spectra of graphene.. search "graphene raman dresselhaus" or "graphene raman ferrari" in google,

I suggest you reading the review articles of professor A.C Ferrari (Andrea C. Ferrari). He has published a lot of paper about Raman spectroscopy specially for Graphene.

Totally agree with Sridhar Vadahanambi. Don't bother about correct peak positions. Infact if in your case peak positions shifted explain why you got shift in D and G peaks. There are many approaches to synthesize the Graphene and graphene oxide and every time you will get a new position if you adopt different approaches of synthesis. Also include 2D peak in your analysis which comes around 2700 cm-1 in case of graphene prepared by mechanical exfoliation method.
Pos(G) ~ 1580 cm-1 (514 nm laser) for graphene, it can shift because of different strain level (Ref : http://journals.aps.org/prb/abstract/10.1103/PhysRevB.79.205433).
For GO, this peak broaden and shifts towards higher wave number (http://bucky-central.me.utexas.edu/RuoffsPDFs/160)

The peak position of Raman in the case of graphene oxide and graphene does not change a lot and remain in the same range. Raman spectroscopy does not give any solid proof to distinguish graphene and graphene oxide. But if you compare the Raman spectroscopy of GO, Graphene and amorphous carbon, you will find a similarity between GO and amorphous carbon Raman spectra. The D and G band in GO and a-C case shifted higher from the base due to disorder structure but graphene have crystalline structure and have less background effect.
the D and G peaks for GO appears around 1310 and 1580 and for RGO, 2D and G peaks is around 2700 and 1600.

there are various defects due to which the D peak arises. it does not occur due to single particular defect. so you may go on further characterization using TEM, XPS etc to get to know well.

Recently, I have seen some article, where the 1st order Raman spectra is deconvoluted by five peak. D(1350 cm-1), D*(~1140 cm-1), D" (~ 1480-1500 cm-1), G (~1580 cm-1) and D' (1620 cm-1). D* and D" are the measure of oxygen content in the structure. So proper fitting can give you the better peak position and good interpretation, have a look on them.

some variation in peak position occurs due to change in process of synthesis or exfoliation method.
please Is it necessary the value G band for GO must larger than the value of G band of graphene
and the value Dband of graphene is less than the value of Dband of graphene oxide
@dalia Elgend I think G band of Graphene having higher intensity than of GO.
@dalia Elgend and for D band i think Graphene D Band is lesser in intensity that GO.

the formation of graphene is confirmed by the presence of 2D peak. The position of peaks can be slightly different depending on many growth parameters and quality of graphene. But the graphene has been formed as long as you see a 2D peak. D peak is absent in high quality graphene and its position can slightly vary depending on the quality of graphene.
