Well, Its kind of annoying to get Impedance/OCP results different for every new sample.
Samples prepared and processed with same parameters and using same pH electrolyte.
Samples are commercial Titanium and Titanium Alloy.
Well for native oxide grown in open atmosphere , i think its hard .One can understand but then for anodized samples it should not be the case.and For anodized samples , i am finding same results .
some insights will help alot.

yes i have cared my full attention to what you said , Still I am trying to get match-able results.
Yes porosity is factor which should be controlled by proper parameters.
