I am doing CoIP to determine the interaction of my protein of interest (Flag tagged) with another protein. I used the primary Ab against Flag and after WB, the result was okay but at the same time I got extra bands with my control (b-actin). I used another secondary Ab, but the result was the same. Now I want to confirm whether my protein is also interacting with actin or not? Can anybody suggest the best way to confirm this interaction?
